Return Policy
At RMC Diecast, we are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. To maintain the highest quality and protect our customers, the following return policy applies:
Eligibility for Returns
Return Window: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Returns requested beyond this timeframe will not be considered.
Condition Requirements:
Products must be in brand-new, unopened, and undamaged condition.
Pre-owned or previously used items are not eligible for returns.
Inspection:
All returned items will undergo a thorough review upon receipt.
Returns may be denied if the item is deemed unsellable due to damage, use, or other alterations that occurred after purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Products that arrive at RMC Diecast in a condition other than described (e.g., opened, damaged, or altered).
Pre-owned items or items sold under a "final sale" condition.
Return Process
Contact RMC Diecast Customer Service at rmcdiecasts@gmail.com to initiate your return. Please provide:
Order number
Product details
Reason for return
If your return request is approved, you will receive instructions for sending the product back to us.
Important Notes
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Review Process: If the returned product does not meet the return criteria, the item will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of return approval.
