The car began limited competition in 2015, being used in the VLN Series to develop the car; the car won on its debut. For 2016, the car would be developed further, culminating in its entrance into full-fledged competition in 2017. The car is currently active in the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship, Super GT, Super Taikyu and the World Endurance Championship.
